South Beach, Blyth, Tyne & Wear
Like most stretches of beach on this coast, Blyth Beach is best fished at at low-tide, at night and in strong seas.
Access from Car Park just left of frame behind the dunes.
Walk North along beach for access to Blyth Pier. (Good Mackerel spot when they’re passing!)
On rising tide head south towards Seaton Sluice where beach slopes more steeply above the shoreline allowing holes to open up.
