When accessing, or submitting material to, www.AnglingAtlas.com
or www.AnglingAtlas.co.uk ("AnglingAtlas"
or the "Site") you (the "User")
agree to be bound by the (boring but unfortunately necessary)
Terms and Conditions set out below:
- AnglingAtlas reserves the right to modify the Terms
and Conditions at any time. Such modifications shall
be effective immediately on posting on the Site.
- AnglingAtlas accepts all material in good faith
and prohibits upload to the Site of any images, text
or other material which may considered to be obscene
or offensive on racial, ethnic, religious or other
grounds. All Users represents to AnglingAtlas that
any material uploaded by them to the Site shall not
contain pornographic material or links or references
to sites with links to pornographic sites, sites encouraging
illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions
or discussions about performing illegal activities,
sites engaged in libellous or harassing activities.
AnglingAtlas cannot accept responsibility for any
such material uploaded by users and reserves the right
to remove such material, without prior notice to the
user or author, at the earliest opportunity.
- The contents of the Site are protected by international
copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.
Users may not modify, copy, reproduce or distribute
any material contained on the Site, including software
or computer script and code, except for the purposes
of personal, non-commercial use, without prior permission
from the site owners.
- AnglingAtlas prohibits the upload to the Site of
any images, text or other material which is subject
to copyright, trademark or other intellectual property
rights and for which prior authorisation or licence
has not been secured. AnglingAtlas cannot accept responsibility
for any such material uploaded and reserves the right
to remove such material without prior notice to the
user or author at the earliest opportunity. Users
submitting images, text or other material to AnglingAtlas
agree not to infringe intellectual property laws world-wide
and to exempt AnglingAtlas from any consequences which
may occur as a result of any deliberate or negligent
infringement of these rights.
- All underlying copyright and other intellectual
rights of images, text or other material uploaded
by Users to AnglingAtlas shall remain the property
of the user or author.
- All users submitting images, text, information or
other material to the Site agree to grant AnglingAtlas
a non-exclusive, royalty-free, world-wide licence
to edit, alter adjust, reproduce, distribute, publish,
publicly perform, publicly display, digitally perform
and otherwise display said material, in perpetuity,
across all territories, and by all means and in any
media now known or hereafter developed.
- Access to the Site is entirely at User's own risk.
The information contained herein has been collected
from a variety of sources and is offered on a "best
intentions" and "as is" basis. Angling
Atlas cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability
of any information or other material contained herein,
makes no representation and offers no warranty on
the adequacy of said information for any particular
purpose. In no event shall AnglingAtlas, its employees,
officers and directors, or the authors of information
provided on the Site be held liable for any direct,
indirect, consequential or incidental damages, losses,
costs, charges, demands, or claims for lost profits
or expenses of any nature or kind arising out of the
use of, or inability to use the Site.
- Users agree to indemnify AnglingAtlas against any
and all losses which may arise from any violation
of this agreement. Users shall, at their own expense,
defend, indemnify and hold AnglingAtlas and its affiliates,
officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors
harmless from any such violation and from any claim
or suit in connection therewith, including any losses,
damages, or expenses (including, without limitation,
reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or incurred
in connection with any such claim or suit.
- Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as
creating an employer-employee relationship, a partnership,
or a joint venture between the parties.
- Except for breaches of obligations set forth in
this agreement, in no event shall either party be
liable to the other for any indirect, incidental,
special or consequential damages, including lost profits
or revenue, lost savings, loss of use, business interruption
or cost of substituted facilities, equipment or services,
or other economic loss arising out of breach by the
other party of any of its representations, warranties
or agreements contained in this agreement.
- AnglingAtlas reserves the right to close down the
Site if necessary and destroy copies of any submitted
material without prior notice to, or consent from,
users and/or authors of said material.
